Product Overview:
Spray drying is the most widely used process in liquid forming and drying industries. It is most suitable for generating powder and granular solid products from solution, lotion, suspension and paste liquid raw materials. Therefore. spray drying is a very ideal process when the particle size distribution, residua moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meetaccurate standards.
Working principle:
After filtering and heating, the air enters the air distributor on the top of the dryer, and the hot airenters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower body, and (rotating) spray into extremely fine mist like liquid beads which can be dried into finished products in a very short time in parallel with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying towerand the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by afan.
Productfeatures:
1. The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the atomized materia liquid greatly increases. ln the hot gas stream, 95% to 98% of the water can evaporate instantaneously. The drying time is only a few seconds, with instantaneous drying characteristics, suitable for drying thermosensitive materials.
2.The production process is simplified and suitable for continuous contro production. Liquids with a moisture content of 40-90% can be dried into powder at one time, reducing crushing, screening, and other processes to improve product purity.
3.This product has good dispersibility, fluidity, and solubility, and its particle size, porosity, and water content can be adjusted within a certain range. Scope ofuse:
1.Chemicalindustry: sodium fluoride (potassium), basic dye pigments, dye intermediates,compound fertilizers, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalysts sulfuric acid agents, amino acids, white carbon black, etc.
2.Plastic resin: AB, ABS lotion, urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin. sealant (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, PVC, etc.
3.Food industry: rich fat milk powder, gluten, cocoa milk powder, milk substitute powder, blood hunting powder, egg white (yellow), etc.
4.Food and plants: oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, spice meat protein, soybean, peanut protein, hydrolysate, etc.
5.Sugar: corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, etc.
6.Ceramics: alumina, ceramic tile materials, magnesium oxide, talc powder etc.
